Site Philosophy

In general, I prefer to direct people towards:

  • Research done at hospitals and universities over corporations
  • Observational studies over clinical trials
  • High compensation over low compensation
  • Transparent study details over vague descriptions

My goal is for people to be safe while contributing to research, and to be compensated as much as possible for your time.

About Me

Dr. Gordon J Lockbaum, PhD

I studied chemistry at Amherst college, class of 2012. My first real job was teaching high school chemistry at Worcester Academy for three years. Afterwards, I earned my PhD in biomedical sciences from the University of Massachusetts Medical School where I researched drug resistance and drug design in viral proteases, notably HIV protease and SARS-CoV-2. I now work for Accent Therapeutics in Lexington MA, where I research anti-cancer drugs.

In my free time, I use my scientific background to earn extra money in unique and interesting ways. By sharing my experiences, I hope I can help others make ends meet.
